Induction question, I did one just over a year ago. Do I need another or will mine still be valid?

You only have to do your induction once, so yes that will be enough.

People who haven't been on the track for a while may want to do another one, or a basic session as a refresher if they haven't been for a while but it isn't a necessity.

Also a note for women, if you can't make saturday induction session, the Female only training session sunday afternoon does inductions for people new to track.

I have 44cm shallow drops spare at home 31.8 clamp, you can borrow them if you want
