Right, from now until next Saturday I'm going to try and stick to 100% raw high carb, low fat vegan. Drinking a 12 banana smoothie right now. Will be interested to see the results on the track (if any!)!!!

Just seen the 25 mile race at the bottom. Will be interesting to see how many people survive (I know I won't!)...

It's a whopper for sure. We're looking to drop cash and prize primes every 5 miles to keep it interesting - cash, giant wheels of cheese, some special bits and bobs from Rouleur etc

I plan to only last about 5 miles, so make sure the first prime is a good one :)

No prime prizes if you don't last the distance, surely?

Obviously I'm only suggesting that because I won't be riding.

At the mo we're looking to drop primes for 5 mile intervals [regardless of finish] that exponentially get higher as the race distance develops. There will also be separate cash prizes for the top 1,2,3 lap finishers

Will it be possible to get a single day licence there?
