Thinking of riding this route a week on Friday. Any road closures? Any input on the route? http://ridewithgps.com/routes/2656958
anyone interested?

I did this route but with the edale/mam tor road instead of Winnats, got a bit lost on the way back, and also going home to Cheetham hill made it 93 miles. It was pretty epic, especially since we didn't bring nearly enough food.

Would be up for some similar excursions though. Do you get fridays off work Buffalo? Cos I do, and would be nice to go out on some rides with other folk instead of on my own.

I don't live in Manchester. I'm visiting friends in Stockport and wanted to ride in the peaks. If your free this friday, we could do it. I think it's doable in 4-5 hours, right?

The plan is to finish building my tourer this week and head out for 4 days over the bank holiday weekend, but if that falls through I'll send you a PM.
