I'm keen. Space full or can more people put their names down?

Yeah it's paypal innit? For this many people some kind of payment infrastructure is surely necessary.
well, due to needing to pay some cash over to Serbia for a bicycle (!), i've been introduced to 'Skrill' (moneybookers.com), which might be cheaper than PP;
I'm keen. Space full or can more people put their names down?
thats 5 if anyone is counting
maybe Chainbreaker would be happy to make room for you - he only wants 5 anyways!
I think you should do it in cash, but have Hippy act as enforcer. You can invest the extra profits he shakes out of people's pockets in an idyllic island in the caribbean.
like the cash-in-a-cap collection idea too (especially if we have a speedy enforcer to ensure collection!), will attend Easts, Norths and TNRC soonish, so could collect from there; how about everybody else passes their contribution along to somebody who attends either of those events?
next question is which supplier to go with, currently a short-list of three:
- embroidered-badges.com 200 for £144 (60p each + VAT); 15yrs experience; Iron-on Backing (Heat-Sealed) are £0.05p extra - do we need these - or can you people sew! £3 for 4 cloth-badges per list-space (residue donated to the forum)
- badgefreaks.com 100 badges for £90 with 100% satisfaction guarantee: £2 for 2 cloth-badges per list-space (residue donated to the forum)
- badge-design.co.uk 200 woven badges, 68p+VAT = £163: more pricey, so would need some advantages to go with these guys..
List for how to collect cash from those who expressed interest in embroidered white LFGSS lettering on a black cloth-badge with a merrowed edge, the same size (17x80mm) and font as the forum cap

I'm in the process of sorting out someone to pick mine up from you. Will probably be Easts.
I think you should do it in cash, but have Hippy act as enforcer. You can invest the extra profits he shakes out of people's pockets in an idyllic island in the caribbean.
