My point is this you are putting a bike up at 475 euros that is what you think it is worth, Then you post a link to bricklane bikes trying to show yours as a bargain against their bike, what has brick lane bikes done to you?
P: I don't price my bikes with a feeling of spite.
Then having set a price you drop it by 15 euros, what happened did brick lane bikes drop their bikes price?
P: I drop the price to bump the thread and hope to attract someone who's after just such a thing.
It seem s that you along with a few others set a higher price and then make out you have a sale on whilst trying to compare your bike against a trader who has no idea you are using his legit bus to try and justify your price why?
P: I don't get this bit sorry
I have no idea how where you got the bike what work you put into it and how you came to that price, but I am not concerned at your price no doubt you feel that this is the price it will sell,
P: ask and I'll tell you. about the price: yes I feel it should sell for this, I've been around bikes intensively for a while now and generally I price my stuff allright judging by the interest and quick sales. further, there's several calculations and evaluations above. to my knowledge none of the people have any interest in defending my way of doing things here
my opinion is that it is over valued in today,s market irrespective of whatever you paid or pit into it.
P: thanks for your opinion, beg to differ
I can buy a bar of gold on thursday and next thursday it will be worth a different price it is about what someone is willing to pay that will get you the sale.
P: bang on
As a buyer I have given you my opinion you and others may have different views, but I am entitled to my view.
P: yep
Their are quite a few twats on here who seem to think they rule this site and woe betide anyone who fails to fall in line.
They need to get over themselves a bit.P: if you go on like this every time someone disagrees with you, you'll attract worse I'm afraid
How much do you think the pound in my pocket is worth as it's value will change by the minute on world markets.
P: who knows?
You may be right at 460 euros but not in my opinion, I can buy a better bike than that for a lot less.
P: *do it!*
Having watched sellers on here they seem to think that they set prices and are market makers, but as more peope join the market values change.
P: I'll check over time, cheers
Peter I hope you sell it for a price that is a win for you and a win for whoever buys it. But as they say I am out, I will just take a watching brief and wish you well.
P: cheers
Bloody penalty well not in my opinion! but then the ref say pen so it is!!!!

Malcom i'll happily call you up on fishing any time you want. It's something members do as it promotes adhering to the rules of the forum, similar to deriding those who publicly lowball other peoples perfectly valid threads.. although I'm starting to think that's just a way for you to express yourself, as nonsensical rants seem to be your forte.. ..maybe something will happen in the news tomorrow and your vernacular regurgitations can continue..

No idea, belongs in the Mindfuck/Epic WTF threads.
Maybe Malcolm works for BLB, or has recently been granted access to a computer while inside an institution?

@ serious contributors to thread: common sense dictates that an individual will always value something they desire more highly than something they don't want. A bike here is an engaging collusion of function, fashion and 'collect-ability', so in terms of function, 475 will buy you a new baseline Trek etc. The Moser is clearly head and shoulders above ( that's my own personal taste, others may prefer a shiny new Taiwan clone ) Fashion? something like the Moser oozes class and panache, ( to me at least...) and as a collector, if cared for could possibly return more if you rode it for a year and moved it on than 475 stuck in a crappy 2% stuck in a High St BS.
M...If 475 is too much in your assessment, find something in your spending range you really like, that's the bottom line to be honest. -

what has brick lane bikes done to you?
He might have been in there once and been treated like a cunt, it's quite common. Anyone takes trade from them is doing the bike world a favour.

Any Lazers?
Maybe if you tried again, but more slowly?
Think through what you are trying to say, check any hard words with your carer (spelling!) and then put it all on the page and have a good look at it before posting.
