hippy, make sure you tweet whenever you stop for water or whatever. At your level of sport, pleasing the audience is as important as performance.

Thanks for the updates Clive, it's good to keep track of.
There's a BBC series on at the moment of Rick Stein going from Venice to Istanbul and he seems to be doing a similar route. The second episode goes through Split and it looks amazing. -

Remy Pedussel is storming ahead and now has just over 100 miles to go. Could possibly finish today but I suspect tomorrow.
Andreas Their has really been motoring today and now has only 438 km to go. Could be there in three days, or possibly less.

Monday evening update
93 Remy Pedussel
Well into Turkey. A long hard day in the saddle riding almost 160km. He has stopped, possibly for the day, at Tekirdag, just 129km to go. Should finish tomorrow.
127 Andreas Thier. In Greece at Nea Peramos. Made some good progress today covering around 160 km so far and still riding. Only 361 km to ride.
In Greece, just under way for the day. 512 km to go.
130 David Coulson
125 km from CP4. Resisted the temptation of Sarajevo airport and is riding through the mountainous terrain that will take him to the coast. Tough riding. Possible that he will be close to CP4 by the end of tomorrow but it may be another day before he actually gets there. I two or three days time, David will be the focus of these reports!

If you're in my pension scheme probably very slim.
I got a forecast recently and I need to find £300k in the next 30 years (to retire at 67.)
I suspect I'll just have to work until I'm 70 and then kill myself.

I don't think he is on here but he might pop by and if he does he will see your post.
This might be him on Strava

Bit conerned about Remy Pedussel. He doesn't appear to have moved today and yet is just 50 miles from the end. If I can be cleve, I will upload a couple of screen shots that indicate that he appears to have jumped. This could be as a result of issues with his transponder.

No, doesn't appear to want to work. Oh yes it does!
