The start of the giro has some tough competition for Naples attention tomorrow, it's the same day as the annual liquification of the blood of the city's patron saint.

^Why can't people just talk about the racing instead of bringing up doping at every opportunity?

I reckon bradley will take alot of time on the TT and lose a good 30 seconds/ minute on the Tre Cime di Lavaredo climb. Its the other mountain stages that will make the difference. However I think it will be Hesjedal who will be the principal challenger, aswell as Nibali and if those two work together to hurt Wiggins in the mountains to take back the time they will lose on the TT, Wiggins will really struggle. He does have the strongest team for the hills though and he has proven he can climb with the best before.
predictions:
1 Hesjedal
2 Nibali
3 Wiggins
4 Uran
5 Cuddles -

Good! Now can we go and tell the world that electronic shifting is just a product to sell to Raphamils? Okay, you don't get stretched cables but that is literally as far as the list of benefits goes.
Also, for those that have predicted Rodriguez to take a jersey of some kind.. he's not actually riding.

Ho hum.On his road bike?
On the TT bike "Wiggins is sticking with mechanical Dura-Ace gears rather than electronic as he prefers the mechanical shifters, which afford him a longer reach on the bars yet still adhere to UCI regulations."

But again, I'm not sure if this is just on the TT bike or on the road bike or what? Guess we'll see when he's actually racing.

I think this is due to the four arm spider design of the new Dura Ace cranks - the other rings won't fit..

No, he described them as silly, seemed to think them a gimmick

Just over 20km to go, the Rai coverage has a very good picture and is not geo-restricted. Just need silverlight to watch it.
