Big crash this morning ( for a 54 year old body) no blood but shins , right hand and right ribs are very painful. Flipped over the bars as didn’t get the back wheel high enough when jumping on to a box. Bike landed on top of me… no pics though!

Savage. Heal up.

Rad as your look is, maybe time for some PPE?

I had gloves, knee / shin pads and a protec helmet on.😎 Didn’t help my ribs though!😬
