Hello all, v. sorry to post-off topic, thought DD riders might also be interested in a small new ride...
'Chase the Sun' - 17 hours, cross country, east-coast to west-coast cycle, pedalling from sunrise to sunset across the UK on the longest day of the year...
Riding this year on Saturday June 22nd.
More info here - www.chasethesun.org
No sportive/charity agenda - its just for the fun of it and free!

Midweek reminder - these are only available to pre-order until this Sunday evening!
Hope it's alright for me to post this here :)
As many of you know I've been taking a break from the DunRun coach tickets operation this year.
However, the event has been very much on my mind. That's because I've been collaborating with the lovely people at Milltag.com, not only to make a film but to create these brilliant commemorative jerseys: http://milltag.cc/shop/milltag-2/dunwich-dynamo-2013
Profits from all sales will go to directly to Southwark Cyclists and RoadPeace.
It costs £60, comes in women's and men's sizes, and is now ready for pre-order for a very limited period so that it will be with you in time for this year's Dynamo on 20 July 2013.
THE JERSEY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO ORDER UNTIL NEXT SUNDAY 16 JUNE, SO YOU NEED TO BE QUICK!
I hope you love it as much as we do and will wear yours with pride on the ride.
Best wishes,
Alex and the Milltag team

After looking forward to this ALL year (since the last one), I've realised that I might not be able to go as I have to move 200 miles North that weekend. I've got a £30 coach ticket that you may be able to have, I'm just confirming the dates when I'm moving. My friend might also have one.
Any good? -

Greetings and love to each and every one,
I am in for this one. It will be my hat trick this year and I am really looking forward to it.
Spent the weekend out in Suffolk visiting family and the place is looking beautiful. Everything is so green and lush.
I watched the sun go down at 9.25 pm and it was nowhere near proper dark until well after 11 pm.
So have a good few weeks - it's 5 to go.... and see you out on the road.Peace and love always,

Aye, there's a reserve list but I'd rather help a forum brother/sister out if they've got a tick and can't use it. Not for me, for my bro

I have a return coach ticket which I can't use but can transfer if anyone interested: £20.
Thx. -

Has anyone done the ride back to london afterwards? Quite fancy it
Interested in there and back too. Not sure I'd make it but that's what trains and credit cards are for.
Any sort of un-official group ride for the return? -
• #316
That'll be the 'Foolish Chancers' Adventurous Lower-Intermediate Ride-There-and-Back List' or TFCALIRTABLers for short :)
Not sure how many did it last year in the end: https://www.lfgss.com/thread83927-21.html#post2972175

Speaking for myself, Middleofnowhere and Biarritz we had every intention of thinking about possibly riding back but decided to get pissed instead.
This year we have every intention of possibly thinking about riding back but will probably get pissed again instead.
I hope this has been helpful. I've had a bit to drink.

Dunwich pebble is still in the tread of my right shoe since last year. I will find it a partner and they will grow old together.
