Any drivers here that would consider using an e-bike instead of a push bike/car/moped?
(expects overwhelming silence following by Extreme Sarcasm and Quiche Throwing)

The obvious person to ask is esteemed journalist Alice R. O'Spok.

Bought one last week to replace my nearly fucked G1 (long and cruel winter + electric bike + booze + fucked electric bike).
The new G2R is the best bike I've ever owned.

Certainly in Cheltenham and Bristol where I ride I never see many other riders on the road. Sure there are significant amounts hidden away in Brizzle but in 'nam I see maybe one a week.
Must ride around with your eyes closed? Bristol is rammed with fixed gear riders and not a day goes by without seeing at least one. Things like fixed N' chips and tunnel sprints goes to show how much bigger its become here!

Retro styled bikes are where the mass market for coolness is ringing the cash register. They demand less skill and talent to ride. The hip trend, however, seems to be in fat tyres. Fat e-bikes seem to be the new fixie for the aging hipster.

whats the latest post-fixie trend?
we've done roadies, shoppers and cross bikes, with low-trail randonneurs and touring/bikepacking MTBs in ascendance.Choppers? 50s Parisian delivery bikes? I'm hoping for racing trikes, or high-end dutch roadsters.
