What does 'HRA' stand on hardcourtbikepolo.org?

No, I just need to update it. I'll do that at some point.

I don't remember what the acronym stands for, but it refers to the average +/- of goals scored/conceded, for those players.

For example, if you have a -1 HRA, on average your team scores a goal less per game, than it concedes.

It's not a perfect stat, as it doesn't give any consideration to the opponents, but the more tournaments you play in, the more averaged out the value will be.
