  • ^^ Ah fair play.. either camo or black then

  • Love these! Ordering one first thing on pay day!

  • Dude, get a waterproof Brompton bag to fit their frame design going and I'm sure you'll get plenty of buyers.....Radicals design just ain't waterproof, therefore naff.

  • Took the plunge and went safe with black.

    Excited!

Is yours likely to be with you by friday in time for the guinness ride?
Would quite like to see one in the flesh to try and figure out if it's what I'm after or not.

  • I have no idea!

  • Good sized bag, I was worrying that it might be too small for my needs but turns out it's pretty spot on.

  • This bag is unbelievably comfortable. I can not express how happy I am with mine.
Make more products and I will buy more products.

  • Ordered!

  • Its here! and ohman is it beautiful!

THe pouches arent as big as I thought have you considered doing some larger ones? I'd be all over them too ;)

Enough room for a passport/travel documents

  • ^ pics (on new X20) or ...

  • X10, which is at home, I'll get some pics over la weekend

  • need to see this

  • does anyone know how these compare to ortlieb velocity in terms of size/ comfort etc?

  • Is the messenger bag available in other colours? I

I'd be interested in a olive one if that's possible

  • Loads of pics of the bag around and I absolutely love it,

Rode 3 miles with a frameset and a front wheel strapped to the back, forks in the sidepocket on one side, lock on the other, seatpost + my other work stuff inside the bag, so good.

The pouches are really really great to, so simple yet I throw them in whatever bag i'm leaving the house with

Pouches being used completely as intended, glad you're enjoying the bag!

  • Just pulled the trigger on a Black Daysack with Reflective cord.

I need a decent backpack to take to Berlin with me and my Chrome courier bag isnt all that comfortable off the bike.

Been waiting for a reason to order one for ages.

  • I got mine earlier this week and apart from yesterday, have used it every day. My old backpack was a classic Jansport which I was using for my 2.5 mile commute to work every day, with the lovely weather we've been having recently I was getting pretty annoyed with all my stuff getting soaking wet, so pulled the trigger on one of these. Even in the pouring rain, the water just seems to bead on the top of the fabric and pops straight off when you shake the bag, it's awesome. In the main pocket I have a 13" MBP, iPad, a rolled up Dickies windbreaker and there's still shit loads of room for other stuff. I took it to Manc with me on Thursday night with enough clothes for an overnight stay as well as laptop charger, etc. and not once did I ever fill it up. The big front pocket has all sorts of little things in, charger cables, spare buff, etc. and in the side pockets I keep a spanner, multi tool, and a few other bits. I didn't notice the top pocket until I'd had the bag a few days, and I now put my work keys, wallet and phone in there while i'm riding to work and they all stay safe and dry.

Has to be said compared to the Jansport it's in a different league. It completely disappears when it's on your back, doesn't feel like there's anything there at all, despite having the same amount of cargo in.

I would thoroughly recommend anyone who is considering one to go ahead and buy it, I'm sure it wont be long before Jordan has a 3+ month waiting list rather than the couple of days it is currently.

  • I want that exact bag.
My fear is it might look a bit over the top with my camo trousers.
and if it's wet camo rainjacket.

    ....i think i have a problem

  • I need a decent backpack to take to Berlin with me.

Pretty much the same reason I got mine.

Arrived on Friday, weatherproofing put to the test that evening as it started chucking it down as I was riding back from Chorlton and across town. Very impressed. Seems comfortable and a good size for a day/overnight/weeks worth of summer clothes.

    Tonight's challenge: polo gear.

  • Good sized bag, I was worrying that it might be too small for my needs but turns out it's pretty spot on.

In retrospect I do find this bag a little too small. I like it a lot and it's very well made but I find that I regularly have to switch back to my old bag because it's that little bit larger. It's the width that's the main issue for me.
Great bag nonetheless and I do not regret buying it.

  • Do the front and side pockets seal or close?

Also - how do these bags wash?

  • side pockets are pouch like not closing ones, the front and top ones are zip closed

  • Ta.

Washing is a big issue, I find that bags start to stink long before they fall apart normally, and some bags (mw for eg) have parts that won't stand up well to washing.

  • It's Cordura so I guess giving it a bit of a scrub with some warm water would be your best bet, maybe use a very mild soap, rinse well and then hang to dry naturally.

Doubt putting it through a machine would be very good for the coating.
