Just thought I'd add that I am open to swaps for a steel road frame in around a 54/55 seat tube, or a pair of lightweight track wheels.

Oh and if you were to buy the frame and the wheels I'll knock £20 off.

seat tube is not the measurement to use when buying a frame, top tube is more important, or reach and stack
