I foolishly overtook a member of "Will's Wheels CC" on a mild steady incline between Alderley Edge and Congleton the week ago, to be fair I was going faster than him enough to not make me look like a dick; problems is I then had to keep up the same pace for the whole next ~10 miles, more fool me, eh? I turned round after about 20 minutes and he was a good mere 200 yards behind me, the fucker.

Removing the handlebar is much easier when the stem bolt is not tightened, you know.

I would probably throw away the handlebar too, scratched up old bar is not the safest.

Probably forced a 26mm bar in a 25.4mm stem...
