So on the weekend ride i found out that the lugged conversion my bro painted is slightly off (twisted)... not sure exactly when it happened but more than likely before the respray.. this has got me tempted

im assuming its had a repair within the history of being ridden... the down tube has a 1 inch ripple in it but it's cheap

Please get a photo of this, 1 inch ripple sounds pretty serious.

I can see it on the top tube near the head tube.

Get it repaired, or ditch it, it's cheap for a reason - the seller can't afford to repair it.
