It was fine doing it "solo" last year, not sure how it would be if you were going for a particularly fast time but in the middle order you'll find people to share the pace with or just to chat to.

Those of you who were in the first wave of riders last year, will once again be in the first wave this year, departing the Olympic Park at 6.00am. The only exception to this will be the few riders who got into wave 1 and who should not really have been there, taking into account the speed they went over the zero mile point.
