JB i aggree with you it is a good thread and a lovely item for sale still in original packaging that has never been opened and i like the advice and tips but i have a complaint which is that you guys know a lot about bikes but not much about coins and the value of something that will be valuable in the future

i paid 20 pounds for it from a collector who was at the olympic games so i hope you understand i want to make a bit of profit on my investment but so should you in 20 years this may be worth a thousand or maybe more so you will make more than me!

Some of us might know something about coins, particularly ones that you can buy for £1.49 in the sale at the Royal Mint shop. It's not an old famous rare part.
In fact there may be some here who know more about coins than they do about bikes.

• #60
did the collector you bought it from look like this?
-
• #61
Why did you pay £20 when they're on ebay for £2?
What makes you think it'll be worth thousands when an Olympic coin from 1900 is only worth about £100?
You'd need to keep it for many, many generations before you see any kind of return on £100, especially considering that these are mass-produced items that literally thousands of people own.
Must be a troll.

You'll get far more money for it if you throw it in a wishing well and wish for far more money. No Paypal fees for a start.

tp88 here are some more but i cant take it out from the packaging because it is still sealed which is important for the future value in the same way like toys and vinyl records.
as you can see i dont even touch the item so no fingerprints and in the second picture you can see the shiny sticker which means it is not a fake which is also important for the future value
bringmemyfix no paypal fees here either like i said i forgot if i mentioned it actually but you can pay by gift ok?
