we all know cats are essentially a liquid that will fill whatever you put them on/in. If you think they take up room on the bed/sofa, I share my home with a labrador and a cat. I may as well sleep on the floor.

you made you bed and you lie in it, well , as you say , probably not.
The settee is 10 years old and well worn. A new one will be bought after Duvel is a part-time outside cat again. He’s used to going outside when I come home from work. Will walk him in the communal garden on a leash this weekend.
