Commiserations. I don't think, sadly, this is the right thread to seek reassurance that cats are emotionless tyrannical robots - we're almost all cat owners trying to convince ourselves (and each other) that this isn't the case in the face of evidence to the contrary!

Just spent some days with my dad's cat again, perfect example of totally not giving a shit.
She's super-touchy when hungry, then acts as if you're not even there the rest of the day. -

One of our cats will follow whoever is home (including the kid) all around the house. When you get stop moving, she either sits on you or settles very close by. Sleeps at the foot of the bed or between legs everynight.
The other is fully 'meh'.

probably the most interesting kickstater project I have ever seen, shame it's ended before I knew about it...
Looking forward to find out if they can actually do it.

An average of £34 per punter, pretty impressive, I like it and it will probably make such a positive difference to people's (?peoples) day. Maybe they could team up with a PhD Psychology student and do some qualy/quanty research.

£23k won't get them very far. They'd be lucky to get a days 1/3 rotation at a single station.
Also not every placement is digital so there's production costs for printed 6 sheets which will be high if they want them put up and taken down in one day.

I think they said £20k would allow them to turn 1 small station for a period of time... it's a good start and I shall take the tube just for once when that day comes.

Home for a weekend with my girl. For 18 she's a little rough round the edges nowadays, but GAF.

Happy 2nd Birthday to my little furrballs, Ada and Newton. We didn't really get to celebrate their 1st birthday as Newton was in hospital with a UTI :(

We have cardboard wrapped in foil to prevent the cats digging up the carpet when we close the bedroom door at night.
Now they just bodyslam the door...

you gotta admire their determination sometimes...
I have finally managed to get Patch to come on demand... it doesn't always work, but sometimes when I wake up and don't see her in the bedroom, I call out her name and she appears...

Can anyone recommend an airline approved cat carrier? I am flying Lufthansa and can bring my cat with me in the cabin but they say you need an airline approved carrier no bigger than 55 x 40 x 23 cm
