Actually fuck them totally. Reading their blurb again they say that its ok for female cats to have urinary tract problems because they don't hurt as much as when male cats have them. Total bollocks. This as got my back up a little.

Stupid cat fell of my desk this morning....
Actually, it might have been her cunning plan, as she had been bothering me since 4:30 demending chin rub and obv I ignored her until 5:30, I heard a big bang and found her on the floor... yap, she won, she got her breakfest in the end.

my cat ran through fresh expanding foam at the weekend - she had a full freak out and after 10 minutes of running in circles i finally caught her, her rear left leg was encased like a tiny plaster cast which i then had to cut out without her biting my fingers off - quite the challenge. It was hilarious though, kind of like the dogs in boots videos on youtube, she seems to have lost control of that limb. 3 days later and most is gone, will have to do some more snips tonight i think! sadly in the panic i didn't get pics though :(

"if you are a vegetarian, what does your cat eat??"
CAT FOOD! duh! It's my choice to be one, not the choice of my cat.

These people... Srsly....
Might as well be "If you are a vegetarian, what does a dinosaur eat??"

My cat, well my first cat would only eat human food. When it ate cat food or nuggets, after not eating for two to three days it would throw up. Loved plain yoghurt tho.

They have an excellent response to those who dare to disagree however.
We are always open to discussing the ethics of a vegan diet for cats and dogs to those who are seriously considering it for their companion animals, but if you’re writing or calling simply to give us your opinion on why you think it’s not a good idea, please do not bother to write or call with angry rants, your philosophies on why veganism is stupid, etc. We answer all serious inquiries on products and are always happy to assist when people are genuinely interested in the diet, but we will simply delete messages from those who want to try and tell us what we’re doing is wrong.
Well that's me told then....
....arghhhhhh!

Do you guys cut the nails at all? I cut them every 2 weeks. Saves my own skin more than anything else really!
Never, for the reason that our cats learn not to use claw when being held (except one who only keep her claw retracted if she notice it's human skin).

Your cats couldn't give a shit about you.

Probably...
Shall I start feeding her other vegs as well, just to get a balance? :-P

Pox is sometimes hungry. Sometimes not. I suspect she's either doing the local bins or someone's taking the piss like with Dammit's cat. Either way - based on puke evidence she's nomming cooked chicken bones which is bad. Guess there's nothing I can do about any of this living as I do in London's feral London.

convince your cat (not force) that being an indoor cat is a better option. I have no idea what I have done or haven't done (depends on if you think the glass is half full or half empty), Patch is now pratically an indoor cat.

Your cats couldn't give a shit about you.
Wasn't there another study that showed that a single cat who lives in the house of a single person has a different relationship with its owner than cats who live in either a multi-cat or multiple person household?
My cat is a tart in that he always shows interest in anyone new but he follows me everywhere, from room to room at home, and is often waiting outside for me to come home. In fact I keep meaning to take a photo of the view I see of him most - his backside as he walks in front of me with his tail in the air, leading me home.
One minor thing in their favour is that they don't hesitate to say that cats should be fed meat if they show any signs of poor health when switching to a vegan diet and that it is possible that some animals won't be able to make the switch at all.
Still though, what a total crock of shit. Cats come through the catflap with mice as gifts, not fucking carrots.
