Dead mousie turned up this morning. At least I am hoping it is the same mousie, as there hasn't been a sign anywhere else in the flat.

It was squashed and crustified under the front door mat. Eugh. Yuk.

I don't think I gave any odds for that one.

Maia and Moses, my babies from a furry mother, were two today.

They celebrated by jumping on me at 5am and again when they were rain-soaked at 7am, then sleeping most of the day, and eating sardines for dinner.

I wish I could convey in words to them what a huge and wonderful impact they've had on my life. <<<<<<<<< Ergh, sentimental mush, much?

I had a dream where patch spoke human...

So I woke up (in the dream), saw 3 cats in the kitchen, 1 is Patch of course... they were drinking out of the water fountain happliy.

Me: "Patch, do you mind I have got 2 new cats?"
Patch: "Of course I bloody do..."
Me: "Oh, sorry, why ain't you drinking out of the water fountain?"
Patch: "Why do you think? Because these 2 filthy cats have used it, I don't want it now."

Next thing I knew, one of the new cats took a shit on the bathroom floor... and neither boyfriend or I wanted to clean it...

Then I woke up, checked it and I still just have 1 cat. Thank God!
