i ride a nasty metallic red conversion, to the untrained eye it just looks pink and rusty though. i just made the switch to risers, they're good fun

This guy is BIG in manchester, lots named after him as well as there being another statue almost identical to the one in the tag in the Town Hall (as far as my quick google tells/shows me).

Just realised that's a pretty big clue, but to get the game moving it should suffice.
