Manchester Bicycle Tag

  • Nice work, Jackson. I couldn't find the pig... I was however distracted by the attention received while walking my bike past the seated chaps of Canal Street (no joke!)... Less conspicuous/effeminate paint job required? Haha

  • ^FYI wasn't wearing any pink on that day either, ha!^

  • It's where Canal Street meets Princess Street. I originally intended to buy a burger and get it in the picture for comedic value, but didn't have any change. If a clue is needed for the last one, it's probably the most Hawaiian place in Manchester, but there's definitely odder things on the street.

  • After showing the image to some chaps at work, I know where it is. I ride past there regularly, but never seen it before because I'm always riding the opposite way.

  • G'wann get it then. If you do, try keep the new tag in the city centre, will keep the game moving faster!

  • Yup, I forgot to go get this last night. Hope it doesn't rain at lunch time... Not liking that wind either.

  • OLD: Flaming turds painted onto Keko Moku, Northern Quarter.

NEW: I think a clue isn't really necessary.

  • I've been thinking about doing that as a new tag for ages.

I'll let someone else claim it though, dont want to be a game hog.

  • It's in JacksonB's vicinity... There was a really odd man at the gate wearing a kilt & sporran smoking a fag. Corrie fans...

  • Was that not Deirdre Barlow?

  • Hello? Game had some nice momentum back there (but then it's probably my fault for putting the tag OUTSIDE the city centre).

  • ^Clue, in case anyone was sniffing around MOSI area.

  • OLD: ITV, Salford Quays

    NEW:

  • Oh god

  • Did you just do your own bicycle tag?

  • Eh? Lukas set the tag, and no one seemed interested in getting it.

  • OLD:

  • NEW:

  • OLD: Mancunian Spring Co. sign on derelict pub, Dinton Street/Cornbrook Road, near top of Pomona Strand, by Bridgewater Way.

    NEW:

  • what gearing are you running on that?!

    #legsofsteel

  • 53x17. Smaller ratio than old 48x15, but now absolutely spot-on for me on flat-ish city & 'Cheshire' riding. Just need new wheels and frame, and everyone will stop taking the piss, haha.

  • You made me feel inferior with my 48x17 now.
I need to step up my game.

  • About to start building a beater, hopefully fixed, probably single speed, and that will probably be running 48x17 or 18 for 'orrible days and Audaxes.

  • my pomp is on 48x19 but thats a heavy machine to move around.
