It looks like a sinking ship with the Olympics logo on. Which isn't helping me work out where it is at all.

I know where it is, just been too busy to go there.

I've tried all permutations of boat/ship, garden, Olympic and Manchester in the googles and nothing. I'm probably going to kick my self when it's revealed.

It's got nothing to do with any of those except Manchester.
