I'm a bit confused about the AeroTank, isn't it a dual coil setup? horatio wants to get one with the airflow gromut in it and I was trying to advise him on which one to get, is that all the AeroTank is?

Info is either contradictory or non-existant on most websites...

It comes with dual coils, but you can put in single coil ones with no problems.
The review i watched showed the guy not being impressed with the dual coil so changing them to homemade singles.

As apollo said, aerotank is basically an updated protank 2 with a airflow bit attached.

today is two weeks of vaping for me after 25 years of smoking and i thought right to share this moment with my new colleagues. I still have some tobacco withdraw discomfort sometime, but it's getting much better and actually I start to enjoy this new shit.

Ok, now i have a question: does any of you ever thought to grind something, marinate it in the e liquid for one two weeks, filter it and then vape it?

Well, ok I know. But after so many pages of talking about vapers and shopping I thought maybe someone can be interested about experiments... plus, I would rather prefer not to eat anything cocked on fire, it's just two weeks for me and I'm still weak psychologically. I mean I can fall and start again..
Playing with unguents sounds fun and maybe it get even stronger with a prolonged ageing process..

On the mg / ml thing. One ml of water weighs 1g, so if eliquid has 12mg / ml then it's 1.2% nicotine which is sometimes how these things are labelled. There isn't really a reliable calculation for comparing cigarettes and eliquid strength as far as I can tell. This is because there isn't really any way of telling how much is absorbed. A cloud of vapour comes out on exhale and undoubtedly contains a percentage of the nicotine. If you vape too much strong liquid you'll know about it. A bit like when you get a head rush after smoking a fag.

I'm not a fan of the shop on York Way having bought some unbelievably awful clearo in my early days, which they claim was genuine Kanger. It definitely wasn't. I wouldn't be surprised if they told you all other eliquid is dangerous, but they would be wrong. They strike me as being in it for the cash and only the cash, which makes me worry about where they buy their stuff from.

The battery exploded because it was attached to an iPad charger (according to various people on vaping forums), although I haven't figured out what relevance that would have yet. I had assumed that the USB charger would regulate the voltage applied to the battery, regardless of which USB socket it was plugged into. If that's not the case, then we should definitely be careful about how we charge our eGo style batteries. I always used to charge mine on a PC USB and never had any problems, but I wouldn't have thought twice about using one of those plugs that is supplied with a new iPhone.

And finally, have you guys checked out the new Aerotank Mega? I'm very tempted, especially if I can get one before I go to Turkey next month so I can leave the expensive kit safely tucked away in a hiding place somewhere. Fcuk losing £200 worth of ecig in Turkey.

I agree, something smells wrong in that place... Yes, they told me about the dodgy eliquids around, which can be very believable if we talk about the internet, not all but... better be safe... often, in history, we have examples that at the beginning it's all good and then after a few years the research proves that you have ate something bad who knows for what at the actual time.
Anyway, I will try the one that Horatio suggested, in Shoreditch, I'm sure I can find more variaty and quality. I also need one bottle nic free for the soup,

Go careful with extracting your own flavours. There might be good reasons not to do it with certain flavours. I have no other guidance at all on that subject I'm afraid. It's probably worth asking here first:

Got the ry6, I'm not so happy, I was hoping for something better. It's not harsh and it's definitely the most similar to real tobacco, but doesn't vapes good and it leaves a retro taste that I don't like.
So for the moment I stick with 3/4 of eastern blend (from vape cafe) very dry and it vapes like a god, mixed with 1/4 of ry4 for a tiny bit of aromatic experience.

I thought so too, but it really depends on liquids... I have some very dark RY8 from pink spot and similarly dark stuff from the same brand (Jungle virginia) and the RY8 does leave lots of burnt residues on the coil, but somehow the Jungle virginia affects the coil far less while being sweeter...
