Been a while.

Just got my first vape kit. Any reccomendations for some fruity liquids or good websites to buy from? Got some from my local shop just to try it out but im sure a better quality liquid will be a better smoke too? Cheers.

South central vapers. The little newsagent on Southwark Street, just East of Blackfriars bridge next to Frank's Cafe and opposite Burrell St has an amazing selection of vape kit. The guy there is trying to build a market. He has all sorts of bits, KangerTech stuff, kits, batteries, loads of liquids including testers for most of them. He keeps charged batteries too if you're caught short. He'll order in whatever you need a good prices and is generally a bit of a legend. Go give him a visit.

My kanger kbox has gone wonky. I emailed the seller and they have said there is only a one month warranty and a life expectancy of 3-6 months on "BATTERIES, CHARGERS AND VARIABLE VOLTAGE MODS"

Before I bust out the Sale of Goods Act on them, (I've only had it for 5 months) does anyone else think this is unreasonable?

A rubber washer has perished that was acting as the insulation for the contacts in the threaded connection on the box. Screw down to tight, shorts out and doesn't fire. Was having to screw it down bit by but until it fired and hold it in place to vape.

Managed to ghetto shim it in the mean time with bits of coffee stirrer stick.

Well the bodge didn't last, so I upgraded.

Slightly smaller but a better design. LCD display and a magnetic battery cover. You can also charge by USB which is handy.

I have one of those. Annoyingly mine leaks if I leave it on its side.

It's been 3 Weeks and i've jumped straight into it.

Got a Seiglei 75w and a Aspire Triton on the way.

Trying out Mrs. Lord custard cream once that gets here.

Been vaping "Honey Liquids" branded liquid. They are only on Facebook and do 5x15ml samples for a tenner delivered, made to your order in regards to PG/VG and nicotine content. Their loopy flavour is my favourite so far.

Can't knock it for a tenner delivered.

Anyone got any kit to sell... Battery and tank. My eleaf us dodgy and kanger tank has cracked... Ta!

At our hospital and nationally there has been sharp and noticeable drop in admissions to Hyper Acute Stroke Units over last 18 months which is being anecdotally linked to the sharp uptake in e-cigs.

The research is struggling to keep up with the pace of the change so may be a while before anything "official" gets published.

Same, have you found any way to reduce/stop this happening?

I'm going to try turning the air hole to the smallest setting and see if that helps.

Tried that, didn't help unfortunately.

It's down to the quality of packing in the coil. The only thing that stops the egress of liquid is the cotton. If this is not substantial enough to stop leaks once saturated, it's a dud. It's an unfortunate side effect of the necessary design to accommodate a tanked system. The newer types of coil are a different design, the coil is wrapped in a vertical spiral rather than a horizontal spiral as per my previous subtank. Mine leak intermittently, if it gets unbearable I change the coil. Sometimes it's a good one and holds the liquid better, sometimes it's a dud.

Bought some Clapton wire this week, not bad at all and so easy to do... Means I've gone sub-ohm for the first time which is working out great... 👍
