Until the pc8 comes out, is it possible to pair srm cranks with both the pc7 and a garmin feeding both at the same time? For keeping the pc up front and sticking the phone in the backpocket for strava.

Yes.

ROTFL SRM output: http://tpks.ws/0lmc (click SRM #1 for the sportive)
ROTFL PowerCal output: http://www.strava.com/activities/87262901PowerCal under reads for this ride, average power is 17 watts down and maximum power 100 watts.
Notable by their absence are the massive power spikes that I have seen with the PowerCal before, which is nice.

So yesterday was 300 TSS in 4 hours, whereas Ride 100 was 430 TSS in 7.5 hours.
This morning I feel absolutey fine whereas after Ride 100 I was totally ruined- for about a week.
To be fair I guess the majority of the TSS points on R100 were racked up in the four and a half hours it took me to complete the event, but I cycled to the start and then home again- the latter rather more slowly than the former.
I'm wondering if this feeling of well being could be due to fuelling- which I really paid attention to on ROTFL and disastrously ignored on R100?
Or my FTP could be wrong.

130Tss is a large difference in a small ride time.
I know I can ride a few 300tss days back to back, but 450 might just do me
Is your CTL higher now? -

Has anyone used the SRM FSA Gossamer? Whats the crank like? About to jump into the world of power and reckon I might go for these

Where do SRMs go for repair?
I fear I was sold a duff crankset at the beginning of the year.

train sharp service SRMs

I use one, gossamer. They're good. Nothing wrong. But heavier crank, but will work just like an expensive one.
Tw2 - what's up with the PM? Might be able to help.

Is your CTL higher now?Quite a bit lower, and my TSB was massively more positive- for some reason I decided to do a million miles the week before R100.

There go you! Thought lower TSB into te event would be the case.
Fueling will have had an effect, but only making the ride home slow. Next day won't have much effect as you would have had dinner and breakfast.

Yup. Clearly a lot of fatigue into R100. And very fresh, almost detraining form ROFL.

Note to self- don't destroy yourself in the run up to a century at speed.

Hmmmm I'm considering putting stages on my everyday biek - but that track hub seems mad cheap.
Edit - probably because it's 24 spoke?
