With negative watts

Most things just report 0 instead of -ve watts. My powertap track hub certainly does. I was disappoint.

I'd happily donate that adapter plate to someone who would use it.

What are you using on the Path Racer, PT still?

Yarp.

Although I'd use the P2M track crankset if doing that bike over again tbh.

I have an SRM file - someone else's - that I need to convert to GPX or TCX so that I can view it.. Anyone know how?
-
• #6540
the SRM software is a free download- I'd use that rather than converting it (which I am unsure how to do).

Any advise?
I've lost 30 watts since December.
Tried recalibrating my Quarq Riken and Powertap G3 but to no avail? -
• #6543
Have you lost weight?

Any advise?
If you want advice, I advise you to take English lessons.

I lost >30w between September and December and am only just now beginning to see a small uptick.
This has been almost perfectly associated with training effort. My advice is to train harder.
-
• #6546
I gained 30W from September to December.
Nothing since. -
• #6547
Assuming you're basing this off a single test?
In which case... when rested, test again. Was the test protocol the same?
Mind you, detraining hits after a week or so, so it's possible you've just been slack. -

Sadly not. It is from a current pro though - doing some artwork of one of her wins for her.
