I have no real basis for that by the way.
Its just a rough guess...I really want some.

What is it about them that he doesn't like SF?

Me too.
We were already planning on wacking them on my Bob Jackson for a test. I'm a pretty keen fixed climber. Old School steel fixie With power meter pedals must be a strong look.
I still want to replace the bob Jackson with something stiffer, and lighter. For a combination of Short TT style rides, and mountain Climbs. Just dont have the funds.

Firstly they threaten to rub the Chain in Big ring - small sprocket. The Stages will also be a decent amount lighter. But mainly he prefers the feel of his keo blades.
I suspect he will be even more annoyed when he starts travelling With them. But that hasnt been an issue yet.
I will not pretend to understand where hes coming from.

If I was to sell mine id hope to get 900-1000 for them, again no real basis for this (and I'm not planning on selling them) but 30% depreciation seems fair to me...
I love mine, the only issue I had was that the stock batteries needed replacing straight away, but I can change them in 5 minutes between my road and tt bike, then a quick calibration and I'm off!

If you want to know about vector neil, PM me.

I thought Vectors didn't work on fixed?
-
• #1859
No they work. But to +/- 2% As you can only do static not dynamic 'caibration'

Aero gains for you would be SOOO beneficial.
Money well spent! Just give up beer for a week. Done!
-
• #1865
how many bikes are you building at the moment Neil?
-
• #1866
Quite a few. If we get them finished in time they'll all be on the Talbot stand at Bespoked.

I wasn't being sarcastic.
I was being serious!!
I meant give up beer for a week to pay for the aero testing. Or a year. Worth the sacrifice.

Or 34 seconds.

Sorry, I read "SOOOO" as if you were taking the piss.
I quit drinking last year but I haven't given it up yet this year because I have a lot of craft beer still to drink (yeah, that's a totally legit excuse).
Once that's gone I unfollow a load of breweries so I stop going to tasting sessions. So yeah, maybe a fortnight and I could probably use the savings to pay for a wind tunnel session.Anyway even without quitting drinking I'm a couple of kilos lighter now than when I raced the 24 last year. I'd like to lose a few more though.

I can see that re-reading it. But yes it was genuine. Humour without annunciation fail.
