6 million is on the low end of the budget spectrum (lower than Euskaltel's was, as well). But 6 million is better than no million.

Levi Leipheimer said another US rider had told him in 2008 that they had doped to recover from injury in 2005 then ridden the Tour De Suisse. As did Horner, whilst riding for Saunier Duval.

The attitude has changed, if people are willing to change too then that's good. Things were different back 'then'.
So I'm all for people with skeletons still racing and doing well. In the belief they've got their act together and are with the new school.
