Really. What about froome at the end of Romandie with Spilak.
He took it to them and rode away. That's exciting to watch.

At least Froome has some (counter-)attacking spirit to offset his offsetness. But it's a bit like watching the low-functioning kid with dyspraxia on the day they got sick of the bullying and flipped out in the playground.

My prediction on the Tour this year:
It's gonna be fucking boring.

This is why I come to this thread: all the positivity
-
• #3037
There are lots of positives in cycling. Namely in the lab test results.
-
• #3038
why is it going to be boring?
Sky pulling on the front and blowing everyone away? I wouldnt be so sure. There are some strong teams there this year. Movistar and Saxo should be able to do something I think. And it will definately come down to some manno a manno with froome and contador at some stage. |Possibly with a few others thrown in.
And that doesnt even begin to start with the sprinting. Although personally I hope it is a cav procession all the way to Paris with 7 stage wins.

If you are getting positives in the lab you're not doing it right. Or you missed a payment to Fat Pat

Boring indeed - pro cycling is over. All the pros are turning to bike polo.

Team Sky for the 100th Tour de France: Christopher Froome, Richie Porte, Edvald Boasson Hagen, Peter Kennaugh, Vasil Kiryienka, David Lopez, Kanstantsin Siutsou, Ian Stannard and Geraint Thomas.
Here is the team that will bore the shit out of you. Enjoy!

It won't be boring.
Movistar are strong and want to ride, as they've shown all year. Saxo have a big team and contador or rodgers will be raring to go. Then there are all the smaller teams looking for stage glory.
It's going to be fucking electric.

However if we're talking Brits, good to see Stannard, Kennaugh and Thomas going again in the Dauphine, three of my favourite riders. Hope they make the Tour team.
Froome - Porte - Kiriyenka - Siutsov - Lopez - EBH - Stannard - Thomas - Kennaugh
Would be my pick.
Put me in charge....
Do I win a prize?

All you ladyboys who are complaining before it's started that it's going to be boring... put £5k on your pick for the winner.
I bet you'll be on the edge of your frickin' seats then.

The Tour de France is like sex and pizza, even when it's bad it's good. I'm preparing for several weeks of obsession, plus I've got ten days over there in July, although only 2 will be anywhere near the Tour itself.
Quintana to mug them all off
I couldn't agree more with BMMF. Fuck Froome, SKY and their power meters, I could watch Contador on a bike all day.
