  • Magnets.

Those animal figures are still looking at me.
    my new desktop!

  • my new desktop!

    That figures.

    ^ LFGSS cult leader ;-)

  • That figures.

i see what you did there

  • Did they come with a car of some sort from the Early Learning Centre?

    Fisher Price People.

  • Trying to find a picture but can't rememeber the name.

It was a hollowed out half a brown plastic mountain with an 'operations' centre inside (bits of flat cardboard with a computer banks on them) with three levels. Included were little men and little cars - I called them mountain men but that's nto what they were called. They were brilliant. Anyone have a clue?

  • ^^ I remembered the fisher Price garage a few pages ago, but I'd totally forgotten about the aeroplane!

  • What were they? I remember those.

    Fabuland made by lego.

  • so awesome.............................................................

  • Bath time was not complete without this--

  • Did anyone mention Manta Force yet?

Oh shi... I loved that toy.

  • I had something very similar to this, it wasn't as posh with its own box like this one.

  • I had one of those, bit more modern but still essentially a block of wood with a steel keel.

  • These been done? I had loads, each lasted about 5 minutes.

  • Good call

  • Oh good lord!

In my childhood, the one on the right was always in the family operated by my big sister, all WASPish and proper, while I ended up with the dog (although nobody told me it was a dog) like the one in the middle, but it had had its ears chewed off.

And then there was the cross yellow-bodied chap with a red cap, I usually got him as well, because he was cross and didn;t have a family and someone had ripped the peak of his cap off and at some point something sticky had got on the remains of his hat.

I think much of the fp stuff is still lurking in my parents' basement.

Right this is memory bomb warefare.

    throws brain fart

  • I had ca. 400 of them. Today they are £10 a pop and I gave the whole collection away to a mate from then West germany who was very keen for some reason, despite being 19 at the time. I'm a tosser.
