Yes.
Even their packaging is the same as Panaracer. I bought a set of the rusty coloured smooth tyres for a friend from Blue Lug in Japan.

lovely pics! How are those sram cranks holding up? I was a bit worried about carbon for cross but could not pass a great deal at my lbs and got red yellows.

Cranks do really well. Ridden them like that for a year, no problem. I just shortened the original bolts. No spacers or stuff like that. They've had to overcome tons of torque up 20% climbs multiple times so fatigue doesn't seem to be a problem.
