  • Congrats VB and best of luck.

  • Congratulations to everyone, but especially you VB.

Hope to meet some of you at the seedrs 'mixer' on 29th (you should have received a flyer), then we can properly thank VB :-)

    The wha?

    I haven't received a flyer!

  • check your email.

  • we should do a forum takeover of the 'mixer'.

  • that would be impolite, now play nicely ;P

although it does remind me of this:

Step Brothers Catalina Wine Mixer - YouTube

  • @david: release early, release often. We all know the score and will give you amazing feedback. Make a "we love microcosm" forum and get that software live asap.

You could take a sub forum (polo?) over onto MC early perhaps? (I appreciate the user challenge associated with this.)

    Just my 0.1%...

  • good comment mashton

  • Much the same thoughts here mashton.

When I've finished trying to play catchup with the constant stream of emails and twitter stuff I'll be able to return to the code.

  • *as the talent VB, obviously you need an entourage to field the fluff while you concentrate on core activities *

  • You could take a sub forum (polo?) over onto MC early perhaps? (I appreciate the user challenge associated with this.)

    Nice idea... Do it...

  • Can we have tags back?

    (Outside of the polo thread).

  • I saw word of a slevless forum in the sales blurb. [shudders]

    #didreaditproperly

  • slevless you say?

  • By the way, for me release often == every two weeks at least. Ideally, an automated and scheduled release process. Intervention to prevent a release.

  • jesus!, all sold out :-(

    That is fucking AMAZING!!! :-)

  • By that definition... automated... it's whenever I commit code. It's constant.

  • Hmm, cruise control for test and staging yes, but not sure I would roll every commit to live. Although, if you can do it with no downtime and we are in alpha, then why the fuck not?

  • Caveat: some kind of automated regression safety net would be advisable.

  • When I've finished trying to play catchup with figuring out who the investors really are I'll be able to return to the code.

    Fixed

  • TL:DR

Signed up to Seedrs then can't access the page: 'Access not Authorised"

I take it no-one wants my money anymore?

  • Caveat: some kind of automated regression safety net would be advisable.

  • mashton, it's like you think I've never coded.

I don't plan for regression, I roll forward as fast as possible ;)

  • Less chitchat get to work sunshine

  • haz rep

  • Less chitchat get to work sunshine

Indeed. In fact I think we need a webcam in the office to keep an eye on things...
