The video needs to be as checkable and well-based as the proposal itself. Introducing alcohol and a compass beer is a sure way to ensure we'd have to make it again.

are you saying we need to do a grand slam just so we can make sure it's done right?

If we transfer cash into Seedrs ahead of seeing the proposal, then decide we don't want to fund it (as the decision is meant to be based on the proposal), can we transfer the money back out of Seedrs? Or would it then have to be invested in something else?
-
• #460
Get yourself involved anyway. You can easily withdraw the money if you're not successful.

The balance listed next to "Available funds" can be withdrawn at any time.

Was out at polo when the first email came through and only just opened it now...People are still able to sign up to Seedrs.com and complete the process in time to invest.
I won't be saying that mid-day tomorrow (Wednesday), but right now there's nothing to stop you from being an investor.
I also imagine that some % of people were unable to get registered on Seedrs, and that some % of people changed their mind. So there will be a good chance of being an investor if you wanted to be one, my banging the drum is simply to help ensure that if you really wanted to be one that you definitely don't miss that boat.

Do you have any idea how much in £'s a 1% investment is going to cost? There seems to be a lack of info for me, or I've just missed it all.
TIA

£50,000 for 10% so 1% of the current equity would cost you £5000

danb has a calculator at hand and is correct.

So, the business is valued at half a million?
What percentage of equity is for sale?
-
• #475
? you have just done the maths in order to work out the valuation of the business...
10% is being offered for sale - ie £50k, as the business has been nominally valued at £500k
