i can't find the details of the seedrs bank account to transfer funds to, where should i be looking on their website?

Go to "your account" hit deposit, tell them how much.
It then gives you a reference number and bank details.

Totally failed to get emails out... 271 people is far too much for Google Groups to let me do in any reasonable way... going to have to set up a mailjet list for it... will do so once I get home.

General gist: We're close to submitting to Seedrs, and investors should be registered on Seedrs already or very soon. We will launch the patron side of things very shortly too.

Will I be able to join seeders even though I am a kept man, so pay no tax. Do I just lie on the questionnaire? Are there implications of doing so?

Actually, in their agreement with me:

The identity of the investors on whose behalf we subscribe for shares in the investee company as nominee, and the amount invested by each such investor, will be a matter determined solely by such investors and us pursuant to separate agreements, and neither you nor the investee company will have any right as to consultation or otherwise in respect of the identity of such investors or how much any such investor invests.

Nope... I don't find out unless it's by a public source of data open to the world.

I imagine any person on seedrs can and will contribute so may be a scrabble once Velocio has uploaded microcosm to seedrs

And yes, it's public on Seedrs and those investors will be faster and have deeper pockets than most on here... so I expect we'll get a few non-LFGSS people investing too.

I've read the final agreement, and it's my understanding that once I hit submit it potentially could be live immediately (pending only a very quick review by Seedrs).

So... to give people here a chance, I'm going to wait until tomorrow. The question is, what time would be best for people?

DK does not get to chose who invests, so no lag exists

From my experience, I saw the initial poll voted nad then didn't see this thread again until today, since it did not appear on my subscribed list. You may find that only a small number of voters are aware of the immanence.

Maybe an email with 48 hrs warning?

No, you guys need to tell me who long it takes... or rather to those who are signed up, how long from initially registering to the account being active and ready?

I had a problem in that my bank didn't have a field to put the transfer description code so I have emailed seedrs support. Hopefully they'll sort this out tomorrow morning. Will call them if not.
