I've got the old route, and I can do the west/south grounds, it just gets hazy getting from Charlton to Leyton?

Go to maps.google.co.uk. Make the route, then at the bottom there is a "save to my maps" option, click that and save it.

Then, you should be able to access it on your iPhone, but as I don't have one, you're on your own there

I've downloaded it as a .kml and tried to convert it through tcx converter but it just gives me the first section between qpr and fulham and nothing else, and I don't know why

I'm gonna have to see what the road conditions are like in the morning. Currently have two bikes. Both on slick 23c tires, both brakeless. Great for fixie skidding, rubbish for icy roads.
