ive remeasured the frame too,
the seat tube is 56cm, from the top of the bottom bracket to the seat collar.
the top tube is 55cm from the centre of each lug.yeah i thought it was italian from the specs people wrote about it. i only found out it was BSA from just randomly seeing if a spare driveside sram GXP bb would thread in. it fitted perfectly, and i was confused aha. replaced the old miche bb with a shiny new sug75bb spins like butter.
and @übé®_grübé® where did you read this? does anybody have any more legit information about this frameset?

Basically the exact same as the condition as seen the in pictures above.
I read a long time ago that Paganini were made in Belgium for the International export market-think that Ciocc was contracted to build them but to their spec.
