Unless you're joking.

you're looking at this year's model, the one on ebay is last year's model.
Oh fair enough, I'm loving this years model!

for cruising about on. It looks to have good geometry, a high bb and space for 40c tyres.
-
• #305
But... but... I thought your GT was for that?
-
• #306
also that. The GT was a project I needed to get out my system. Going to put mudguards and a front rack on it and it will be complete. Might sell it.
-
• #307
if you can covince me to abort my MTB-with-front-rack-and-mudguards project, then I'd have a rack going begging.
-
• #308
how about you buy mine and have 2?
-
• #309
Damn.
-
• #310
But keep it and build it! The GT looks good.
Also have we got photos of the spotterbruiser yet?

Dom, your ESB has persuaded me to keep the shadow, and make a decent effort with it.... If you're shifting those tyres when you go bigger let me know....

These bruisers make much more sense for inner city hooliganism than the previous fad of garish looking hipstermobiles. Is there a veterans category for bruising?

I couldn't make that sound right, no matter how I typed it :-(

^^ sick. my vote is for Conti Race Kings - anything knobbly from Conti is grippy as fuck, plus the orange logo against the black will look boss
Thanks. I think I agree, plus they're super cheap from On One at the mo (£14.99 each).
^^^despite thinking you were a fool. That shit is so boss!!!!
A fool?! Wait 'til it has 56c tyres! ;)
^^^^ how many gear inches is that ? I never seen a bike geared like that & I am curious
I'm probably wrong, but I think Dom's running 36x14 which puts it in the low-mid 70's
It's actually 33x14 which is 66 inches with these tyres and 69 when the 2.2" go on.

Nice one, Tom! I'll let you know about the tyres when my other ones are on. :)

No need to be monogamous in this, each has their rightful place.... I think you'll find each person bruising in this thread also has a garish looking hipstermobile in the hall....

I hope it does actually snow so i have a reason to be rolling on 26x2.3"

Nope will do on the 30th probs
Might sell it.

-
• #321
Wicksie my homeslice! Good to hear from you. Not selling the forks though. The scene is changing, am trying hard to keep up with the youth and apparently these are de rigueur.
Did you know by the way that none of them actually like dub-step?
Lozles. So these are B.O.T?
Shit.
I hate change.Don't go changing.

Anyone got a goldtec rear hub they want to sell. I want to run my rear 135mm as fixed/fixed.
-
• #325
Can you just run a rear disc mtb hub the wrong way round with a bolt on sprocket?
Why? (Serious question. It looks heavy, and it also looks minging).
