I can put a fixed cog on my disc bolts if it comes to it.

It'll be a fixed/singlespeed only race, no gears allowed, internal or otherwise... Max GI of 42"... There will be a steward's area for bike-vetting after the race...

Also I think you should allow gi's up to 45, there are plenty of good players playing on 45 and the rule should stop people sandbagging, not stop people who play with those gears anyway.

I don't think so, I didn't have one I just jumped in on the youth session and they were cool with it.

No... if you've done the induction I think you're good.. although you need more inductions nowadays
