BTW We deffo need more riders racing next time, we've gone from 50+ riders in 2008 to only 17 in 2013... Come on, guys!

Next one is Sunday 29th August, think I may have to pre-register that one to get the numbers up... We barely broke even this time... :$

My guess is that was probably due to the fact of the enforcing of the induction rule, which isn't a bad thing, but if a induction was run on the day it would've been a much bigger turnout, but that's just my 2 pence

It wouldn't of been a problem to me, i come down to the track regularly so I have no need for an induction but i've got my A level exams which equals minimal track time for me for another 3/4 weeks

So the next LFGSS track day is on a Saturday, one day before the Keirin! 2013 event on the Sunday?

I'm going to do an induction this saturday as I haven't ridden on the track since the LFGSS track day in 2010.

We just cannot have this. You were more than worth it for the commentating / announcing/ rave siren alone.

Maybe it takes the perspective of a DLF prize winner to think that the success of the event can't be measured on simple rider numbers alone - it was an awesome day!

I'm with Tommy here.

It was my first time racing and my first forum track day and I had a fucking great time.

I'm sure more people will turn up next time whe the track's been open longer and more people have had a chance to do the induction.

TS have rep for organising a great day.
