tonight is the intermediates btw, if you've only just started it might be worth doing a couple more beginners sessions before you jump up a level (in fact i think you are meant to do 3 basic sessions as a minimum).

They offer a fast-track induction if you're already confident with group riding fixed:

Turn up on Sunday and all will be revealed... Didn't manage to get any prizes this time (TBH that's the biggest PITA about doing these track days), so you'll be racing for bragging rights...

I say there are no prizes but... Rapha have very kindly donated a Classic jersey which will be raffled between contestants on the day...
