why change top of the line parts for older parts?

Primarily because the Dodici is my 'nice bike' (CK headset/bb, Phil wheels, etc) and I can't justify two HHSBs. I always wanted to go back to classic track build with this :) Also, if things go to plan, it will be a smooth running daily bike, that will be waaaay less valuable too.

What bars and stem will you be going with?
