Is that with smooth welds? Looks kinda poor but the welds on my old histogram was really poor as well...

Yes that's why i found it funny that you're gonna put Phil's on there. I paid only 150 euro or so for this frame so never expected anything fancy. It's still good though, handles nicely and is strong

I received a new frame back in February, they're still working, communication is slightly better ( google translate is smarter ), but they still miss on details.

Updated my build:

And this is the frame I ordered (which was to replace my black one, but when I received it I didn't like it as much as my current one - liked the raw finish so I just applied a layer of top coat and gonna build another bike)
