because the A-C will fuck up the geo, unless it is designed around a 700 fork, ofc.
geo wont be a massive problem after putting 650c wheel into 700c disc fork - hes trying to build a 47inch frame around 700c wheels!

^ really want it to be 700c so we can share the wheelset/tyres tubes etc. This 46cm Langster would've been perfect but Specialized isnt selling it in the uk sadly, the other option was pearson, but nothing is as cheap as OTP langster or Mielec
700c on her porportion will be like 36" wheel to a normal person.
Secondly, she'll get toe overlap.
Put on some 26" wheels instead.

I said go for 26" due to the much wider choice of tyres and wheel, she can easily pick up a MTB 26" wheelset for cheap than trying to find the rare big tyres for 650c (unless it's 650b).
