I ride a L with 30mm forks and size 46s without any overlap issues
-
• #2803
When you say issue, you mean not big issues or not overlap at all ?
I'm french so, as our rugby players have showed recently, not very agile, and i currently ride a converted peugeot with a front wheel very far from my pedals, not really used to overlap and i don't especially want to try it ;) -

It's not a problem unless you do a lot of slow speed, sharp turns, I tried to avoid it on my polo bike but it's not a big deal on other kinds of bike, you very rarely turn the bars much once your moving.

Actually my daily route is just full of hold-ups in tight parisian streets, so i do a lot of slaloming at a medium/slow speed

Remove your toes.
-
• #2807
I really wouldn't worry about it
-

Attach some sticks to the front of your shoes and see how often it happens on your surrent bike.

it sure is a really messy diagram with lots of measurements which aren't needed, and some missing that would be. That is why I send 3 diagrams of the same frame.
Regardless, if he was confused by the diagrams, as he admitted and said it was his fault as he didn't contact me about it.

This.
Just need to get used to the geo, then toe overlap won't be a problem.

Actually even if this one is great i've just read about the 3t funda copies on this threads, and they look pretty awesome, cheaper than this columbus, lighter, and i think it will look better with a modern frame.

My 3 siblings have Dyslexia. Even the thick one puts you to shame.
Grudgingly accepts compliment.

Here are 2 cad drawings I sent him
http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u63/R1nc3w1nd/1_zpsb1f1a326.png
Instead of referring to both images and understanding them he only built it from his misunderstood view of the first one.
Even Alexander Shulgin with an engineering degree would have misunderstood the first one FFS.

Trust me I'm an architect and that drawing is difficult to understand.
Here in the office we're always saying: "Draw it dumbproof" otherwise it's gonna be badly built or people are gonna ask stupid questions.

You're not the thick one.

@ Emyr, why dont u shut the fuck up - trying to humiliate someone who's openly admitted he's got a disadvantage just proves that u're a coward, a bully and a looser.
-
• #2819
Aah we have another looser... Lolz
-
• #2820
looser.
Are you the thick one?
I think a bit of banter between siblings is OK. -

Whereas if you are who you said you are, you are just an ambitious welder, not a real engineer.

I did mix up O'Shane with j0nty - never the less - Emyr did bully j0nty earlier in the thread:

I have severe Dyslexia. Just sayin'
Would a fork like this totally destroy the geo of an XL mash copy and send my bike directly to the Anti-porn thread ?

Actually i'm afraid of having toe overlap with a 35mm fork, this one is 45 and not very expansive. I have pretty long feet and use Maillard CXC pedals with classic straps
But do for the ones who have mash copy in XL, do you have any toe-overlap ?
