No it's a road version from eBay, slightly different shape to the track version as well.

You sure? They just look like old track ones to me, the road ones have curved blades

^that looks like the one. I'm not too sure though, the eBay description was pretty vague but it doesn't look like the brake hole's even bodged to me. I wouldn't really know though! All I know is I like the look of them and they ride pretty sweet.
