  • From Mielec:
"The frames are making withaluminium 7020 T6 (T6 is heat treatment).
Yes we making smooth welds its cost extra 20Pounds.
Price for this frame with so many pieces would be 125 pounds( in standard
headseat 1 1/8'' traditional , but if you want another kind is also not a
problem, but you have to pay extra £ 20 - I send you cataloge) + cost
    delivery.
The seat post is 31,4 or 31,6 , seat clamp is 34,9mm
The bottom bracket is british threaded 68mm.
We do not give any stickers.
The time for delivery is about 3weeks.

    Best regards,
    Robert"

  • Anyone interested in another order in the new year?

  • Haven't held a frame from this order yet!

  • this is true, I need to chase Robert because he promised me some pics today. Will also group shit into packs based on where they are sent.
Sorry, didnt have time to do it on mon/tues

  • Anyone interested in another order in the new year?

I'm considering it, would probably want something a bit silly/special

  • I might want a polo bike in the new year. Thinking of getting one from Mielec

  • I'm probably in for an order next year. Not a straight mash copy though.

  • your faux was looking nice, i feel like i need to teach myself bikecad

  • I do all my bike geo diagrams on Inkscape, which is a free equivalent of Adobe illustrator

  • Bikecad was quite easy to pick up. I put in some basic information from an existing geo of a well known bro pro, then tweaked one or two things to my liking. I didn't want to make any more changes as it probably would be shit!

  • I did use autocad quite a bit when I studied engineering though. That may have helped my understanding of the software.
