Yes still for sale and rideable but was going to sell without pedals however I will include them for an extra £20 if it gets the thing sold or I can put some cheap platform pedals on it

If you're talking about Eltham in Greenwich you'll need to get the Jubilee line to London Bridge then the Northern Line to either East Finchley, Highgate or Archway and I could meet you at the tube station

Personally I don't think so but it's really down to you. You could always take the front wheel off and carry it on the tube.
