yeah but paid a fair bit more than £200 for it only selling as its far to small for me

I'd sell the frame and miche bottom bracket(just because i dont have a miche removal tool) for £140 maybe a little less for the right offer

it is and its and I dont really want to sell it but its far to small for me so looking to get a larger frame from the sale of this

you decide who's in the wrong. Yes there is a slight scratch on the paint but not a major crack and not in the same position.

looks like the same place to me? buyers photo is more detailed but obviously shows a crack in the same place on the headtube as the "paint scratch" in your photo.

The picture from seller is a good angle to NOT see the crack. It is most clearly seen from the rear of the headtube. A slight upwards angle on the side shot can obscure the crack.
